60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Undamaged products could be returned for a full refund for any reason within 60 days from the date of delivery. For items purchased as Christmas gifts, our standard 60-day return policy is extended to 90-day from the date of purchase. After receiving and inspecting the item, Jumpfly will process your refund.

By purchasing and using your Jumpfly Trampoline you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty as set out below.

For damaged products or products with missing parts, you will be given a free and prepaid return label.

For undamaged products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no missing parts and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

    Shipping must be covered by the buyer if…

       4. Receive your refund. Once your item is received and assessed, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.


    At Jumpfly, we offer 1 year warranty for safety net, poles, pads and accessories, 3 years warranty for springs and jumping mat and 10 years warranty for trampoline frame.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear.
