We love our Jumpfly!! My kids are a big fan, and we love having family time on it in the evenings to catch up and toss the basketball. Our pole did break somehow, but Jumpfly helped us replace it. Shipping to get the trampoline took awhile, but we have been loving it since we got it. The orange Jumpfly logo and orange zipper has faded some since being in the sun, but the mat has not. Overall- we are glad we got this and excited for the many years of fun on it to come.

Trampoline and tent arrived on time before Christmas, it was fast shipping. The box appeared a little beat up but everything was included and not missing. It was fairly easy to set up, my teen kids and husband did most of the set up within an hour. It appears to be well made, and looks nice. My kids have jumped on it a week now and are having fun with it. The tent is of great quality. Only thing is you can’t really jump with the tent on it or you bump your head on the top. The lights that came with it and cheaply made though a nice touch, but my son’s arm got caught in it while jumping and tore the wire to the lights and they no longer work. All in all we are satisfied with this purchase.

Box showed up with a large portion torn off; this was after the first package had been returned by FedEx due to damage. I quickly verified that nothing was damaged or missing from inside. I recommend utilizing a different system for packaging and delivery to mitigate these issues in the future.

The box was tattered on delivery, but all of the components were included. Putting it together was easy enough. The skirt does not fit well, should've been a little bigger to sit right. Added the parachute waterproof sunshade with bungee ties. It has worked out well, so far.

I purchased this for my grandkids for Christmas, so it took me a little while to write a review since we didn't set it up till Christmas Eve. I must say assembly was pretty easy. The kids absolutely love and so do we grown ups.. :) it's sturdy safe the aesthetic is great I love that it's all black.. I'm very glad I did my research and found this company
Easy instructions!!! We found a good deal on this and were hoping to be able to put it together before the cold weather showed up / but that didn’t happen! Lol! But, in good news, we were able to assemble it and put it in the basement until summertime! The kids love that they can play on it during the winter months! All of the poles surrounding the net have swim noodle type protection on them so you don’t have to do it yourself! Great colors with the orange in the basketball hoop. Even came with its own little basketball!! Fits together perfectly And is very sturdy! It’s a huge hit!

wonderful it even came with pieces to secure it to the ground if you live somewhere with heavy wind though it seems pretty heavy on its own its a nice addition knowing my parents have lost a trampoline to that very acurance where we live in the mountains it took us a few hours to put togather we did get the largest version however so my wife and i could also get on with our kids with confidence I figure that can be expected the literal only downside to any of it besides the expected labor was it shiped in two separate boxes and said it was delivered even tho only one box had arrived witch caused alot of confusion and ended up making a big ordeal where we tried to send the second box back thinking it was a whole separate trampoline since the boxes looked identical and arrived on different days but would have been far to expensive to send back so we planed to pay it forward by letting another family have it for less then we spent on it but then they ended up with half of trampoline it ended up working out I wasable to talk to someone really helpful the only way to talk to them is through watsapp witch isn't the easiest when you have a flipphone and live somewhere with no cell service able to confirm the new account with a text notification but when I was finily able to get it to work they were very quick to respond we love it and are looking forward to a wonderful fun summer outside with our children godbless them for the support and speedy assistance when I was able to get in touch ' percent recommended '
Set up was quick and easy with easy to follow instructions. It took about 1.5 hours to get the trampoline and net put up and an additional 30 mins for the basketball hoop. The trampoline it's self is easy set up and sturdy. My boys love it.

Overall it's a good trampoline putting the net on sucks bc you have to put a string through the whole bottom and tie it off but I would recommend! Black scratches off easy

Extremely happy with our purchase. Trampoline was in stock & dispatched within 48hrs of online purchase, resulting in a quick delivery. We (my husband & I) followed the paper instructions that came with the trampoline & had no issues. Took about 2 1/2-3hrs to build. I was actually surprised how easy it was to put the trampoline together. There were no missing or broken parts. The trampoline looks amazing. Exceeded my expectations. My son & his friends had hours of fun playing on it today.
This is definitely my best investment of toys ever! My kids and I both had so much fun with this trampoline. During the pandemic they were so bored, this is a very good way to let out their energies. At first, I was a little worried about the assemblies, but it turned out actually pretty easy. It came with all the tools you need and I was able to build it in about 2 hours. It was also delivered really quick. I love it!

The kids like the trampoline. The top rail comes apart easily though and then it is a little struggle to hook them together again. Wish there were sleeves to go over the foam on the upper poles and some other brands have.

This is almost two months AFRER my order was placed and I am still waiting on it to be fully shipped. My sun shade has still not shown up. No idea on quality otherwise, but judging by how this interaction has gone, my hopes are not high.

My adult daughter was able to get most of the bottom put together, then my son needed to take over! However, it was relatively easy to put together overall and the grandkids loved it! It looks great in the backyard - great shape, and it was a great price! Would highly recommend.
