For easier assembly, we recommend two adults.

Missing, damaged or lost items will be replaced at no additional cost.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and excludes severe-weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly and normal wear.

You do not need to return the entire bundle.
Eligible bundle items may be returned separately. The refund will be calculated according to that item’s proportional share of the final discounted bundle purchase price—not its standalone retail price.
Eligible undamaged items may be returned within 60 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer for non-defective returns, including ordering by mistake or no longer wanting the item.
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

My family loves our trampoline from Jumpfly. We added a sprinkler hose up top so that we can enjoy it more in the hot Florida summer. We enjoy playing on it in the evening too. Can’t wait to set up the tent and have an outdoor slumber party. Set up was a bit of a struggle for us and took about 6 hours, but once we got it put together it feels very sturdy.
The trampoline bundle is fantastic. It’s a great price for all that was included. The only thing I didn’t like was that I never received an email from the company in regards to when it would be shipped or if my order was even confirmed. Overall would recommend to friends.
For some reason my husband and I had a little bit of trouble getting the base put together but we just started putting the trampoline on the springs and it started coming together. Once we got the trampoline on everything went by quick.
Easy to install with 2 people and customer service was amazing. We did a pre-order of the newest model and after a few weeks I emailed them asking if they had an approximate ETA, just so I could let my son know on his birthday. When they read it was my son's birthday they prioritized the order (I never asked for that!) and it shipped and arrived in time to be installed on his birthday!
We’ve never had a trampoline but decided to go for it for a Christmas gift and boy was it a huge hit and even my hubby agreed!! We double checked the checklist a few days befor and everything was there. Nice quality and assembly was easy enough with clear instructions. I purchased extra straps from Amazon to make sure we don’t loose it from winds.
The shipping box for the trampoline is in really bad shape and a lot of the trampoline piece were exposed and show scratches

Besides the mesh safety net being pretty loose, the trampoline is fine. The sunshade however is too big for the 14ft, and sags down into the jump area regardless of how tight the straps are. The tent is ok, but like the sunshade, it's too large and just hangs loosely over the trampoline frame.

Dislike the basketball goal, doesn't stay up for kids play, like the net that surrounds the trampoline, the ladder and slide are awesome, as they can be removed and easily put back on, the kids have a blast. Have not set up the tent yet. But im sure it.will be great.

From the photo you provided, the trampoline does appear to be the correct 14 ft model, so we’re not yet sure which part of the order is incorrect. Could you please let us know what is different from the trampoline you ordered, or send us a photo of the product label and the item you received? The bundle as a whole is awesome. Unfortunately mine came with two puncture wounds and we had to patch it straight out of the box. It wasn't damaged during delivery, it was packed and shipped out that way. I expected better for the price I paid.

We ordered this for our grandkids age 8 and 6. They are absolutely loving it. It is an amazing bundle, at an exceptional price. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality trampoline bundle. The process was smooth and it was delivered way more quickly than expected.
I received the wrong color tent and the trampoline never arrived. UPS said the trampoline was shipped fraudulently and was disposed of through a 3rd party. I have not heard anything from JumpFly after letting them know this.
So far it's great. Assembly more difficult than expected, but my crew got itdone. The kids love it.

We love it! My husband and I were able set it up in an afternoon and the kids have played in it almost every day since!
I haven’t put it together yet because it is a Christmas present for my granddaughter. Shipping was pretty rough. Gaps and boxes is all ripped up so hopefully the trampoline is not damaged. But I am very excited to put this together for her.
