Both models are safe and reliable—the choice mainly depends on whether you prefer the updated structure and look of the 2026 No-Gap or the classic design.

Your bundle ships in separate packages, so items may arrive on different days.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers at different times. If one package arrives first, don’t worry—the remaining packages are still on the way.

For easier assembly, we recommend two adults.

• Trampoline: Typically takes about 1 hour
• Trampoline tent: Once the trampoline is assembled, two adults can usually fit the tent in about 10 minutes

Assembly time may vary depending on the model and installation experience.

Your JumpFly bundle includes:

• Trampoline frame: 10-year warranty
• Springs and jumping mat: 3-year warranty
• Safety net, poles, pads and accessories: 1-year warranty
• Trampoline tent: 1-year warranty

Missing, damaged or lost items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and excludes severe-weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly and normal wear.

You do not need to return the entire bundle.

Eligible bundle items may be returned separately. The refund will be calculated according to that item’s proportional share of the final discounted bundle purchase price—not its standalone retail price.

Eligible undamaged items may be returned within 60 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer for non-defective returns, including ordering by mistake or no longer wanting the item.

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
