I had to buy a replacement net and poles for the top because my kids broke the poles and netting. I thought the customer service at Jolly was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They got me exactly what I needed, and it was easy to put together – actually easier than the first time I purchased everything. My only advice to jump fly was that the shipping took longer than I would have liked and I had to ask customer service for an update about three times on the shipment. Every time I did write an email though I received a response immediately.
My autistic son needs a trampoline in his bedroom. After he destroyed a trampoline from Amazon in less than a month I decided to purchase a 'premium' trampoline. But there was a piece that was not pre drilled correctly. We attempted to drill ourselves but were unsuccessful. Contacted Jumpfly and was told they would send correct part in 7-10 days. It has been 2 weeks and never received the part. Trampoline is working fine without, since my son has no interest in the extra accessories
Our children absolutely love the tent and it still works well on our 10ft trampoline which only has 4 poles, not 8.
Sadly the fairy lights were broken when it arrived but the tent itself provides hours of fun. I don’t how waterproof it would be in the rain!
My family loves our trampoline from Jumpfly. We added a sprinkler hose up top so that we can enjoy it more in the hot Florida summer. We enjoy playing on it in the evening too. Can’t wait to set up the tent and have an outdoor slumber party. Set up was a bit of a struggle for us and took about 6 hours, but once we got it put together it feels very sturdy.
The trampoline bundle is fantastic. It’s a great price for all that was included. The only thing I didn’t like was that I never received an email from the company in regards to when it would be shipped or if my order was even confirmed. Overall would recommend to friends.
The tent is a little loose, but it had to be custom fit so I wasn’t expecting perfection. The kids loved that it came with lights and the projector screen. The only issue we could find was that there was a Velcro attachment for the skylight flap that was sewed on in the wrong direction so it does not stay attached as well as the other areas. That and it turns the trampoline into an oven, so it will be a spring and fall thing only for us. Overall, we are very pleased.
We haven’t been able to camp in it yet, but we’re looking forward to it. it’s pretty good quality came with a projector movie screen, and lights. We’re very excited for the summer.
For some reason my husband and I had a little bit of trouble getting the base put together but we just started putting the trampoline on the springs and it started coming together. Once we got the trampoline on everything went by quick.
Easy to install with 2 people and customer service was amazing. We did a pre-order of the newest model and after a few weeks I emailed them asking if they had an approximate ETA, just so I could let my son know on his birthday. When they read it was my son's birthday they prioritized the order (I never asked for that!) and it shipped and arrived in time to be installed on his birthday!
We absolutely love the JumpFly tent! It's made a strong quality material and the little windows add such a cute touch. Not to mention, it's so much more cooler with the trampoline being in the shade.
We love our Jumpfly!! My kids are a big fan, and we love having family time on it in the evenings to catch up and toss the basketball. Our pole did break somehow, but Jumpfly helped us replace it. Shipping to get the trampoline took awhile, but we have been loving it since we got it. The orange Jumpfly logo and orange zipper has faded some since being in the sun, but the mat has not. Overall- we are glad we got this and excited for the many years of fun on it to come.
My daughter loves her trampoline and her new tent! The tent keeps us a little warmer in the cold but also allows us to open up some flaps for air when it’s warm. The lights are fun and we hope to use the projector screen sometime soon!
We’ve never had a trampoline but decided to go for it for a Christmas gift and boy was it a huge hit and even my hubby agreed!! We double checked the checklist a few days befor and everything was there. Nice quality and assembly was easy enough with clear instructions. I purchased extra straps from Amazon to make sure we don’t loose it from winds.
The tent arrived sooner than projected. After installing we saw that it did not fit snuggly as was projected in advertised photos. Also, the tent did not withstand the trampoline poles and we now have holes that the poles are pertruding through the top of the tent.
Just was able to open the box and finally put up the custom tent. My kids are going to be so excited. Only thing that could be much better is the seams. The was blowing here in NC and at the top where a pole ties ripped. Which sucks cause we haven't even got to get in it and enjoy it yet.
Lovely tent and came in time, however, even after sending the link to our actual trampoline it doesn’t quite fit to the bottom so there is a gap all around the bottom.
Nice material, I appreciate that it came with lights. It's difficult to put on. I measured and remembered to order the correct size. Had 2 people working together. It was so hard to pull around, bent a pole on the trampoline and was never able to get the door close enough to zip shut. Overall, it's made well, looks good, has windows and a sky light.
My grandson loves it, we camp and movie with projector 📽️ it’s a prefect adventure with less insect 🐜 problems. The you so much for a tent over our trampoline.
I ordered the classic 12ft with the tent. I recieved a message saying it was out of stock so they upgraded it to the better one at no cost to me saving me over $100. Customer service was dope and they even through in the movie screen and lights. Assembly was a piece of cake and shipping was super fast! And the trampoline it's self is absolutly wonderful!!! Great experience!!!!
I tried to buy a jumpfly trampoline but unfortunately, they do not deliver to the United Kingdom. I was still able to purchase the jumpfly trampoline tent which they could deliver and I used it for the 10ft little nations trampoline I bought instead. It does fit it just! I just used bulldog clips to attach the lights to the trampoline. The kids absolutely love the den that has been created by the tent. One thing I will say is the flap opening in the ceiling of the tent is a good idea until it rains and then the water pours into the trampoline but the kids found this fun.
My 7 year old son loves the trampoline and keeps showing it off! He’s super excited for summer so we can have movie nights under the trampoline tent. It is great that he is active and away from the screens. We can’t get him inside lately! It’s nicely made, fairly easy to put together and a lot of fun!
